Common questions

What's the catch with the 80/20 split?
There isn't one. You pay 20% to eXp until you hit the $16,000 annual cap. After that, you keep 100% minus a small $250/transaction fee (capped at $5,000/yr). No desk fees. No franchise fees. No hidden costs.
Do I need to recruit to make this worth it?
No. The better split alone puts more money in your pocket. Revenue share is a bonus on top of that. Plenty of agents switch just for the commission structure and zero desk fees. AgentMagnet handles the recruiting side — you don't have to.
Will I lose my clients or brand if I switch?
